Applied Intuition is hiring a Technical Sourcer to drive our top-of-funnel recruiting efforts. This is a unique opportunity for ambitious sourcers seeking a non-linear career and compensation trajectory within a growing company at the forefront of its industry.
What You'll Do
- Become an expert in the autonomous vehicle industry and serve as an external representative of the company.
- Identify and develop process improvements for Applied's sourcing efforts.
- Contact, screen, and interview potential employees.
- Utilize data and metrics to improve creative sourcing strategies.
- Program manage recruiting operations-related projects.
What We're Looking For
- 2+ years of sourcing or recruiting experience.
- Evidence of a fast growth trajectory at a reputable agency or in-house recruiting team.
- Direct experience working at a venture-backed company.
Nice to Have
- Previous experience recruiting for the autonomous vehicle field.
- Previous experience recruiting for B2B software companies.
- Experience being an early member of a recruiting team.
Benefits & Compensation
- Annual salary range: $80,000 - $165,000 USD.

Work Mode
This is an onsite role based in Washington, District of Columbia, United States. Applied Intuition is an in-office company, and our expectation is that employees primarily work from their Applied Intuition office 5 days a week.
