Responsibilities
- Coordinate software delivery across multiple development teams operating in different regions.
- Foster collaboration between product and technology teams throughout all stages of development.
- Collaborate with product owners and business partners to define scope that meets technical and architectural standards.
- Act as the technical representative in client meetings, aiding requirement analysis and recommending effective technical strategies.
- Assist team leads in defining clear requirements, setting release timelines, and maintaining quality with support from QA.
- Manage cross-team initiatives to reduce dependencies and prevent workflow disruptions.
- Mentor team leads to uphold strong technical capabilities and efficient operations within development squads.
