Medtronic is looking for a Technical Services Specialist to support the Cardiac Ablation Solutions portfolio across Europe, the Middle East, and Africa. In this full-time, customer-oriented remote role, you will be the central contact for all technical and application-related questions, ensuring the reliable, safe, and effective use of our advanced ablation technologies.

What You'll Do

Provide remote technical support for cardiac ablation equipment to Health Care Professionals and internal customers.
Serve as a technical liaison between stakeholders and the operating unit.
Drive the escalation process to resolve customer issues, including initiating required engineering support.
Collaborate with other technical service specialists to troubleshoot complex service requests.
Perform technical activities requiring considerable judgment and have ownership of continuous improvement projects.
Ensure all documentation and system entries are fully complete promptly.
Focus on remote support, with occasional travel for required training domestically and internationally.
Maintain on-call availability between 7AM-7PM (availability rotates between colleagues).

What We're Looking For

A bachelor’s or master’s degree in biomedical, electrical, or mechanical engineering, or a medical degree with technical skills and experience, with a minimum of 4 years of relevant experience.
An advanced degree with a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience.
Fluency in English is required (C1/C2 level).
Highly organized with the ability to be flexible, multi-task, and prioritize multiple assignments.
Experience with analyzing technical issues and processes for continuous improvement.

Nice to Have

Fluency in another European language is a distinct advantage.
Experience in a medical technical environment, and more specifically experience with cardiac ablation equipment or procedures.
