Pure Storage is looking for a Technical Services Engineer Representative to tackle complex customer problems involving hardware, software, and environmental factors across our product lines. In this role, you will be a key point of contact for troubleshooting, implementation, and building strong networks across departments.
What You’ll Do
- Own, troubleshoot, and solve customer technical issues across all severity levels using collaboration and best practices within ServiceNow.
- Proactively seek to understand customer expectations and provide all customer-facing communications.
- Share and document knowledge via FAQ or KB articles, which can be internal or customer facing.
- Manage multiple projects and support cases simultaneously.
- Champion customer issues internally and represent the company externally.
- Be part of a cohort with opportunities to learn, grow, and help evolve within the organization.
- Perform weekend, public holiday, and on-call duties as required.
- Work from the Bangalore office in compliance with company policies.
What We’re Looking For
- Hands-on experience in customer-facing and/or technical support work.
- Must be willing to work in shifts.
- Experience with customer service and/or exceptional interpersonal skills.
- General technical aptitude, attention to detail, and ability to take initiative.
- Willingness to work collaboratively and be an active team player.
- Desire to learn, grow, and seek continuous improvement.
- Good communication, organizational, and time-management skills.

- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science or related technical education.
