Wabtec Transportation Canada Inc. is looking for a Technical Service Lead to lead the successful execution of projects, services, and solutions across Canada for our Digital Mine division. You will ensure all delivery activities align with our organizational objectives while addressing the unique needs of the Canadian market.
What You'll Do
- Provide guidance and expertise to the technical team, ensuring best practices and high-quality service delivery.
- Oversee technical projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within budget.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical inquiries, troubleshooting issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
- Identify opportunities to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and implement best practices.
- Ensure adherence to industry regulations, company policies, and safety standards.
- Mentor and train technical staff to enhance their skills and performance.
- Monitor service metrics, generate reports, and provide insights for continuous improvement.
What We're Looking For
- Strong leadership and organizational skills.
- A proven track record in managing technical services, preferably in industries like IT, manufacturing, or engineering.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Proficiency in troubleshooting, system analysis, and technical support tools.
- Fluency in English.
