Role Overview
As a Technical SEO Specialist, you will drive measurable improvements in website visibility and search performance. Your work will center on diagnosing technical barriers, refining on-page elements, and shaping long-term SEO strategies that align with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Guide and evaluate the work of junior SEO professionals
- Perform in-depth SEO audits to uncover opportunities for traffic growth
- Collaborate with the Team Lead to define project-level SEO strategies
- Design and approve technical optimization tasks within strategic guidelines
- Optimize site architecture and internal structures for search engines
- Study competitor approaches and integrate effective methods
- Stay ahead of search algorithm updates and prepare sites proactively
- Support the creation of new site sections by writing technical specifications for developers and designers
- Use Regular Expressions, scripts, and Google Sheets formulas to streamline workflows
- Break down complex tasks, test implementations, and verify outcomes
- Define keyword targeting parameters and content guidelines
- Review copy to ensure SEO alignment and clarity
- Recommend tools and methods to boost organic traffic and conversion
- Coordinate with content, translation, and development teams on cross-functional initiatives
- Execute on-page optimizations consistent with overall strategy
- Manage SEO for standalone projects or site clones
- Verify completed tasks against technical and strategic benchmarks
- Configure and maintain SEO performance dashboards in Power BI
- Track rankings and traffic trends for key projects
- Analyze performance data, including traffic quality and user behavior, and report findings to leadership
- Leverage structured data, product catalogs, ratings, and technical documentation in Confluence for SEO planning
Technical Environment
You'll work with Regular Expressions, Google Sheets automation, Power BI for reporting, industry-standard SEO analysis tools, and Confluence for documentation and collaboration.
