Treantly is looking for a Technical SEO Specialist to improve website performance, search engine visibility, compliance, and security. You will collaborate with development, design, and content teams to implement best practices.
What You'll Do
- Improve website performance, search engine visibility, and overall site security.
- Ensure website compliance with WCAG, GDPR, and CCPA standards.
- Structure content for evolving AI search trends and visibility strategies.
- Manage and prioritize multiple optimization projects across different sites.
- Collaborate with development, design, and content teams to implement best practices.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years of experience in technical SEO, web performance, or website optimization roles.
- Proficiency with WordPress is required.
- Working knowledge of PHP, JavaScript, CSS, and an understanding of MySQL databases, Apache servers, and Linux environments.
- Strong familiarity with SEO tools and platforms (e.g., Screaming Frog, AHREFS, Search Atlas).
- Experience ensuring websites comply with WCAG, GDPR, and CCPA standards.
- Understanding of AI search trends and how to structure content for evolving visibility strategies.
- Exceptional attention to detail, problem-solving, and analytical thinking skills.
- Ability to manage and prioritize multiple optimization projects across different sites.
Nice to Have
- Experience with themes, plugins, and custom WordPress configurations is a plus.
- Experience with server-side performance tuning and CDN configuration.
- Familiarity with cPanel, SSH, or command-line tools for site/server management.
- Background in content marketing, digital strategy, or technical writing.
