Canals AI is hiring a Technical Recruiting Sourcer to focus on South America. In this role, you will power pipeline generation for our engineering and technical customer roles. We are a profitable, remote-first company with a strong engineering culture, and this is a high-execution role focused on sourcing, engaging, screening, and generating excitement with candidates. It offers a clear path to grow into a full-cycle recruiting role over time.

What You'll Do

• Generate strong pipelines across engineering and technical customer roles.
• Proactively source candidates using LinkedIn, referrals, outbound campaigns, and other creative strategies.
• Review and engage inbound applicants quickly and thoughtfully.
• Run structured first-round screens to assess technical alignment, communication skills, English fluency, and overall fit.
• Sell the opportunity clearly and build real excitement with strong candidates.
• Manage scheduling and candidate flow through early interview stages.
• Track activity and pipeline metrics to ensure consistent hiring momentum.

What We're Looking For

• 1-5+ years of recruiting or sourcing experience.
• Strong sourcing fundamentals and ability to build smart searches.
• Excellent communication skills and strong English fluency.
• Good instincts for talent evaluation and candidate quality.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and comfortable operating with high ownership in a remote environment.

Nice to Have

• Experience sourcing technical talent.
