1840 & Company is hiring a Technical Recruiter to join our team. This role is focused on talent acquisition within the EMEA region. You will be instrumental in identifying and securing top technical talent to support our global growth.
What You'll Do
- Source, screen, and engage with high-caliber technical candidates across the EMEA region
- Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from initial outreach to offer acceptance
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of passive and active candidates
- Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and team fit
- Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Technical Recruiter or similar role
- Demonstrated success hiring for technical roles within the EMEA region
- Strong understanding of technical roles, skills, and market trends
- Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
- Ability to work independently and manage a full recruiting desk
Work Mode
This is a full-time, remote position operating on a global work mode, with a specific focus on the EMEA region.
