Responsibilities
- Full-Cycle Recruiting: Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
- Talent Sourcing: Use a variety of channels (e.g., LinkedIn, job boards, social media, networking) to proactively source and engage high-quality candidates.
- Candidate Screening: Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills.
- Collaboration: Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
- Candidate Experience: Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback throughout the hiring process.
- Data-Driven Recruitment: Track and analyze recruitment metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, source of hire) to continuously improve the hiring process.
- Employer Branding: Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and other branding initiatives.
Requirements
- 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment - agency or in-house, you’ve done the hustle.
- Strong knowledge of technical roles and how to assess them (software, infrastructure, cloud, etc.).
- Advanced sourcing skills - you know your way around LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS tools, and Boolean magic.
- Clear communication, persuasive storytelling, and the ability to build rapport with anyone, anywhere.
- Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
