STACK IT Recruitment is hiring a Technical Recruiter to be a strategic partner, building incredible tech teams from start to finish. You'll own the entire recruitment lifecycle, ensuring a thoughtful and positive experience for both clients and candidates.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end recruitment process for technical roles, including sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates.
• Use channels like LinkedIn, job boards, social media, and networking to proactively source and engage high-quality candidates.
• Conduct initial phone and video screenings to assess candidate qualifications, cultural fit, and technical skills.
• Partner with clients to understand their staffing needs and provide guidance on recruitment strategies.
• Ensure a positive candidate experience by maintaining clear communication and providing timely feedback.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics like time-to-fill and source of hire to continuously improve the process.
• Assist in promoting the company as an employer of choice through social media, events, and other branding initiatives.

What We're Looking For

• 2+ years of experience in tech recruitment, either agency or in-house.
• Strong knowledge of technical roles and how to assess them, including software, infrastructure, and cloud.
• Advanced sourcing skills with tools like LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, and Boolean search.
• Clear communication, persuasive storytelling, and the ability to build rapport with anyone.
• Agility to thrive in a fast-paced, startup-style environment.
• A creative mindset and natural problem-solving ability.

Nice to Have

• Preference for candidates located in or around the Greater Toronto Area.

Benefits & Compensation

• Compensation: $50,000 – $55,000 + Commission.
