Responsibilities
- Move quickly while maintaining a reliable system for sourcing, tracking, and managing a large number of candidates, with consistent communication across stakeholders
- Form strong, trusted relationships with business leaders to shape talent strategy and meet hiring goals
- Foster confidence through reliability and structured collaboration with cross-functional partners to support organizational scaling
- Immerse in team operations to grasp product direction, market alignment, technical priorities, and team culture
- Gain deep familiarity with the organization's mission and develop compelling messaging to attract and close top technical talent
- Monitor and evaluate recruitment pipeline metrics to identify improvement areas and build data-backed strategies that accelerate hiring momentum
- Design long-term recruiting strategies that support company expansion, including optimizing referral programs and refining processes
- Serve as an expert in candidate prospecting methods and tools, including data retrieval, web scraping, automation, and continuous process enhancement
- Conduct candidate interviews and demonstrate strong alignment with hiring teams through high conversion from interview to offer
- Reach out to passive candidates using LinkedIn Recruiter, Gem, Boolean search logic, referrals, and SOBO campaigns
- Ensure a consistent, positive experience for candidates through proactive communication and engagement across all stages
