About the Role
The Technical Recruiter will lead full-cycle recruitment for hardware engineering roles. This includes sourcing candidates, managing pipelines, and partnering with hiring managers to fulfill critical staffing needs.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end recruitment for hardware engineering positions
- Develop and execute sourcing strategies to identify top talent
- Build pipelines of qualified candidates using multiple channels
- Partner closely with hiring managers to understand team needs
- Manage candidate experience from outreach to offer stage
- Conduct candidate assessments and initial screening interviews
- Maintain accurate records in the applicant tracking system
- Advise hiring teams on market trends and talent availability
- Support diversity and inclusion initiatives in hiring
- Represent the organization at industry events and career fairs
- Evaluate recruitment metrics to improve processes
- Coordinate interviews and scheduling across time zones
- Negotiate offers in alignment with compensation guidelines
- Ensure compliance with employment laws and company policies
- Collaborate with marketing to enhance employer branding
- Stay current on hardware technology trends and job markets
