About the Role
We’re looking for a Technical Recruiter who thrives in a fast-moving startup environment and loves the challenge of building teams from the ground up. You’ll own full-cycle recruiting for technical roles, partner closely with hiring managers, and get creative about how we attract and close top talent. This is a hands-on role where you’ll wear many hats: part sourcer, part storyteller, part closer. Responsibilities
- Partner directly with founders and hiring managers to understand team needs and shape role requirements.
- Own the end-to-end recruiting process: sourcing, outreach, interviews, closing.
- Build creative sourcing strategies to find hidden technical talent (GitHub, LinkedIn, Slack groups, meetups, etc.).
- Deliver an exceptional candidate experience that reflects our company culture.
- Build and maintain warm talent pipelines for current and future roles.
- Track hiring metrics to iterate and improve speed and quality of hires.
- Help shape and promote our employer brand through job postings, events, and social content.
- Jump in wherever needed on people-ops related projects (offer letters, onboarding, compensation benchmarks, etc.).
Requirements
- 3+ years of recruiting experience, including at least 2 years in technical recruiting.
- Startup mindset: scrappy, resourceful, thrives without rigid processes.
- Proven ability to source and close top technical talent.
- Strong communication skills and ability to tell a compelling company story.
- Organized and adaptable — able to juggle multiple searches at once.
- Comfortable using ATS/HRIS systems but not dependent on them.
- Passion for building diverse, inclusive, high-impact teams.
