Loancrate is looking for its first Technical Recruiter to build our recruiting function from the ground up. This is a foundational, hands-on role focused on proactive sourcing, execution, and speed. You will be the engine of our hiring efforts, working directly with founders and engineering leaders to scale our team.
What You'll Do
- Proactively source engineering candidates across platforms like LinkedIn and GitHub.
- Run initial phone screens and assess candidate alignment on experience, motivation, and compensation.
- Manage candidates through the entire recruiting pipeline.
- Move qualified candidates into technical interview loops.
- Coordinate interview scheduling and all candidate communication.
- Build and manage targeted candidate pipelines for multiple roles.
- Create early recruiting systems and processes.
- Keep all pipelines organized and up to date in the ATS.
- Partner with founders and engineering leaders to refine search criteria.
- Improve job descriptions, outreach messaging, and hiring workflows.
- Help establish the foundation of Loancrate’s recruiting function.
What We're Looking For
- Experience recruiting senior software engineers.
- Strong sourcing and outbound recruiting skills.
- Track record of supporting high-volume or fast-paced hiring efforts.
- Organized, responsive, and execution-focused.

- Excited about being the first recruiter and building the function over time.

Benefits & Compensation
- Salary: $100,000–$150,000 per year
