Zipdev is seeking a Technical Recruiter to be a foundational member of our team, building the talent acquisition function for a business transforming how companies leverage artificial intelligence. You will partner directly with the leadership team to source and hire elite talent across the US and Latin America.
What You'll Do
- Own the full-cycle recruiting process for a variety of roles.
- Work directly with the founding team to understand business needs and define ideal candidate profiles.
- Take ownership of our ATS and build out processes for a fast, efficient, and data-driven recruiting function.
- Act as a brand ambassador to communicate our vision and ensure an excellent candidate experience.
- Utilize tools like LinkedIn to actively hunt for and engage passive, high-caliber talent.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in a fast-paced agency environment.
- Proven expertise with tools like LinkedIn and a track record of sourcing, engaging, and closing passive, high-caliber candidates.
- Exceptional English communication and influence (C1 level or higher).
- A builder's mindset with excitement to own a function, implement an ATS, and work from scratch.
- Experience managing a demanding requisition load while maintaining a high bar for quality.
- Must be able to work core hours in the Pacific Time (PST) zone.
- Located within Colombia (preferably Medellin).
- Bilingual in English and Spanish.
