Responsibilities
- Lead projects from inception to completion, overseeing all stages of development and deployment
- Create and maintain detailed functional requirement documents
- Bridge business objectives with technical solutions to ensure cohesive project execution
- Serve as the primary liaison among business, technical, and operations units
- Deliver consistent progress reports to stakeholders, including updates on risks and schedules
- Enable teamwork, decision-making, and resolution of project-related issues
- Monitor project deliverables and enforce adherence to deadlines
- Assist in testing processes, including user acceptance and system-wide validation, to prepare for release
- Track and manage project issues using logs, test outputs, and performance metrics
- Identify opportunities to enhance tools, processes, and documentation
- Advocate for and apply effective project management methodologies
