We're hunting for a dynamic **Technical Project Manager** to join our Belgrade squad. You'll lead and coordinate complex IT projects for hedge funds and asset managers - think cloud infrastructure, trading app rollouts, and data platform builds. This is your chance to work with bleeding-edge tech and high-caliber teams in a fast-moving, client-focused environment. **You will:** - Drive delivery of mission-critical infrastructure and application projects - Collaborate with agile, talented global teams - Shape and embed Agile best practices - Work directly with forward-thinking technologists in trading and asset management - Access training, mentorship, and career growth paths **Key Responsibilities** - Manage multiple concurrent projects (internal and client-facing) - Support architecture teams in scoping, planning, and executing deliverables - Lead full project lifecycle activities, including: - Project and resource planning - Sprint and milestone tracking - Risk and issue management - Stakeholder communication - Budget monitoring and change control - Maintain daily/weekly communication with teams and stakeholders - Own documentation efforts, from project proposals to delivery roadmaps **Requirements** - 5+ years delivering end-to-end IT projects - 3+ years hands-on with Atlassian tools - Stellar English communication skills - Proven multi-project management in fast-paced environments - Proactive, detail-oriented mindset - Experience in Agile/Scrum and Waterfall - Ability to influence senior stakeholders - Work hours: 3 p.m. - 10 p.m. CET **Nice to Have** - Cloud platform experience - Application migration background - Exposure to hedge fund/trading system environments **Benefits** Join an international team at the innovation forefront.
