Responsibilities
- Oversee end-to-end project execution from initiation to delivery using SAFe DevSecOps principles.
- Guide Agile Scrum teams to align on product goals, deliverables, and timelines.
- Partner with technical leads to advance CI/CD pipeline development and modernize infrastructure.
- Create and maintain project schedules using Agile methodologies and supporting tools.
- Deliver consistent updates on project status, including milestones, risks, impediments, and escalation requirements.
- Communicate project strategies, roadmaps, and progress reports to executive leadership and stakeholders.
- Facilitate cross-functional coordination to address dependencies, mitigate risks, and balance priorities.
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support team goals and project success.
