Responsibilities
- Lead and coordinate technical initiatives in partnership with the Operations Systems and Business Improvement Manager
- Collect requirements, clarify roles, and establish project charters in collaboration with stakeholders
- Evaluate and address project risks while setting achievable timelines, budgets, and task priorities across diverse teams
- Track and manage project execution to ensure adherence to approved scope, schedule, and financial parameters
- Keep comprehensive records including project charters, specifications, progress reports, and retrospective analyses
- Translate complex technical details into clear updates for non-technical audiences to align expectations and team efforts
- Manage and standardize the use of Jira, Jira Service Management, and Confluence by building workflows, automations, and performance reports
- Allocate time regularly to learn and implement new features in Jira and Confluence to support continuous process improvement
