- Establish and manage a continuous operational sync across the EMS domain to maintain team alignment and shared ownership of cross-functional initiatives
- Monitor technical and operational timelines across engineering tracks, identifying and resolving potential bottlenecks before they affect critical milestones
- Maintain visibility into project status and communicate delivery timelines and risks clearly to leadership
- Connect stakeholders, product managers, and engineers to streamline daily operations and resolve issues efficiently
- Identify and implement improvements in progress tracking using automated reports or dashboards to keep roadmaps transparent and current
