Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end project execution starting from customer onboarding through live deployment and ongoing support.
- Serve as the main point of contact between client and internal teams.
- Engage in discovery sessions to define technical specifications and business goals.
- Detect potential project risks and propose mitigation strategies.
- Align customer expectations with project timelines and deliverables.
- Contribute to development tasks either independently or as part of a collaborative engineering effort.
- Support testing and validation across development, staging, and production environments.
- Continuously refine deployments to meet changing business demands.
- Develop and manage documentation for each project implementation.
