Responsibilities
- Lead software development initiatives, ensuring on-time and high-quality delivery by coordinating closely with a development team in Vietnam during shared working hours
- Work with cross-functional teams across various time zones, including product, design, DevOps, and business units, to establish project goals and scope
- Analyze client business and technical needs and convert them into actionable technical designs, architecture, and user stories for developers
- Serve as the main point of contact between technical teams and clients, transforming business requirements into clear technical directives
- Manage project planning, timelines, resource distribution, and risk mitigation strategies
- Track project status, detect obstacles, and lead resolution efforts to keep projects on track
- Apply Agile and Scrum frameworks to support efficient and iterative development cycles
- Promote and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and quality assurance processes
- Monitor and communicate key performance indicators and project metrics to relevant stakeholders
- Encourage open communication, transparency, and team-wide knowledge exchange
- Contribute to early-stage technical design and limited hands-on development when launching new initiatives, then transition to team building and scaling
