Overview As a Project Manager for our Brands platform, you are a critical facilitator and organizational strategist responsible for driving product release cycles, managing technical complexities, ensuring deadline adherence, and promoting cross-functional collaboration. Your role intersects technical, operational, and strategic domains, supporting team efficiency and strategic alignment. Responsibilities - Collaborate with engineering, product, and QA teams to optimize business processes, enhance internal efficiency, and strengthen client partnerships. Facilitate smooth interdepartmental communication. - Analyze and troubleshoot technical challenges for internal teams and clients, ensuring effective problem resolution and communication. - Coordinate engineering team activities, tracking outputs and ensuring alignment with project objectives. - Support comprehensive reporting efforts by monitoring development progress and maintaining stakeholder communication. - Contribute to project roadmap development, providing strategic insights that align with team vision and future initiatives. - Maintain precise documentation of product modifications and updates, ensuring consistency and clarity. - Manage product release cycles, coordinating cross-functional teams to execute timely and accurate launches. - Support product testing and validation to maintain high-quality standards and user experience integrity. Qualifications Minimum Qualifications - 2+ years client-facing technical project management experience in software, preferably CRM or eCommerce sectors - Demonstrated ability to support team projects and ensure goal alignment - Strong vendor and internal team collaboration skills - Exceptional organizational capabilities in fast-paced environments Preferred Qualifications - Bachelor's degree in related field - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies - Robust problem-solving approach - Experience with remote/distributed team environments - Knowledge of eCommerce, SaaS, and cloud-based solutions Travel Required Up to 10% Other Duties Job description may evolve, with duties potentially changing without prior notice.
