Workstate is looking for a Technical Program Manager to lead and coordinate cross-functional teams, driving successful project delivery while promoting high-quality standards in the software development life cycle. What You'll Do
- Lead and coordinate cross-functional teams to drive project delivery
- Manage software development projects from inception to delivery
- Facilitate collaboration between technical and non-technical stakeholders
- Translate complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholder groups
- Apply Agile methodologies and project management tools to ensure project success
- Proactively manage risk and resolve conflicts
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in program management within technical environments
- Proven track record managing software development projects end-to-end
- Large program experience involving multiple engineering teams and cross-functional stakeholders
- Strong understanding of Agile methodologies and experience with tools like Jira or Trello
- Excellent organizational, multitasking, and attention-to-detail skills
- Strong leadership and team management abilities
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficiency in risk management and conflict resolution
Nice to Have
- A background in software development or engineering
- Quality Assurance background
