About the Role

Drive execution of cutting-edge technical programs by aligning engineering, hardware, and software teams. Manage end-to-end project lifecycles, mitigate risks, and maintain clear communication across stakeholders to deliver integrated systems on schedule.

Responsibilities

  • Orchestrate development timelines for advanced technology systems
  • Coordinate between software, hardware, and field teams
  • Define and track key project milestones and deliverables
  • Identify and resolve cross-team dependencies
  • Maintain detailed project documentation
  • Lead regular status meetings with engineering leads
  • Monitor technical progress against program goals
  • Escalate risks and blockers to senior leadership
  • Ensure alignment with system architecture and design
  • Support integration and testing of complex subsystems
  • Manage change control processes for technical requirements
  • Facilitate communication between technical and non-technical stakeholders
  • Track resource allocation and team capacity
  • Optimize workflows to improve delivery velocity
  • Support hardware and software co-development cycles
  • Oversee compliance with technical standards
  • Coordinate with external partners and vendors
  • Drive resolution of critical path issues
  • Maintain program health dashboards
  • Ensure traceability from requirements to implementation
  • Lead post-mortem reviews after major milestones
  • Integrate feedback from field operations into development
  • Support rapid prototyping and iterative development
  • Balance technical debt with delivery timelines
  • Ensure security and compliance requirements are met

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or government contracting
  • PMP or other project management certification
  • Familiarity with ITAR and export control regulations
  • Experience with large-scale field deployments
  • Background in AI/ML system integration
  • Knowledge of radar, RF, or sensor systems
  • Experience with autonomous vehicles or drones
  • Understanding of cybersecurity frameworks
  • Prior work in rapid prototyping environments
