Anduril Industries is hiring a Technical Program Manager, Factory Infra Deployment

About the Role

Own end-to-end delivery of infrastructure deployment programs across factory environments, ensuring alignment between engineering, operations, and product teams. Drive planning, risk mitigation, and execution for scalable deployment solutions.

Responsibilities

  • Manage deployment timelines and milestones for factory infrastructure projects
  • Coordinate technical resources across engineering and operations teams
  • Develop and maintain program schedules with dependencies and critical paths
  • Identify and resolve blockers impacting deployment progress
  • Track and report program metrics to stakeholders
  • Facilitate cross-functional meetings to align on deployment goals
  • Ensure compliance with safety and operational standards
  • Work with hardware and software teams to integrate systems
  • Oversee testing and validation phases for new deployments
  • Lead risk assessment and mitigation planning
  • Translate technical requirements into execution plans
  • Support root cause analysis for deployment issues
  • Drive continuous improvement in deployment processes
  • Ensure documentation is complete and up to date
  • Interface with external vendors and partners as needed
  • Maintain accurate records of program status and deliverables
  • Escalate issues that impact program objectives
  • Ensure alignment with long-term infrastructure strategy
  • Manage change control processes for deployment updates
  • Support audit readiness for deployment systems
  • Coordinate training for operational teams on new systems
  • Monitor resource allocation and adjust as needed
  • Optimize deployment workflows for efficiency
  • Support post-deployment reviews and lessons learned
  • Ensure scalability of deployment frameworks

Nice to Have

  • Master's degree in engineering or related field
  • PMP or other relevant project management certification
  • Experience in defense, aerospace, or robotics industries
  • Background in systems engineering
  • Familiarity with DevOps practices
  • Experience with CI/CD pipelines in hardware contexts
  • Knowledge of supply chain logistics for hardware deployment
  • Experience managing teams in high-security environments
  • Understanding of ITAR or export control regulations
  • Prior work with autonomous systems or robotics platforms
