Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end program execution for data hall and AI cluster deployments, from initial planning to operational transition
- Coordinate multidisciplinary teams handling construction, infrastructure, networking, hardware, ICT, commissioning, and operations
- Convert large-scale AI/GPU and data center infrastructure needs into executable deployment strategies
- Assess how technical sequencing choices affect capacity, timelines, and cluster performance downstream
- Align teams with varying speeds, scopes, and time zones, including external vendors and contractors
- Oversee third-party vendors, integration contractors, and service providers throughout deployment phases
- Navigate uncertainty by advancing progress despite incomplete data and shifting requirements
- Create and deliver executive program updates highlighting schedule status, risks, critical decisions, and escalation paths
- Keep accurate program documentation including schedules, responsibility matrices, risk logs, decision records, and runbooks
- Sustain momentum amid evolving requirements, aggressive deadlines, and global team coordination
- Engage early and closely with experts in networking, ICT, commissioning, systems engineering, product, procurement, and operations
- Initiate and implement process enhancements that support scalability across multiple concurrent builds and future rollouts
