Welltech is looking for a Technical Program Manager to own and lead complex, cross-functional programs from initiation to completion. You will orchestrate multiple teams, align programs with strategic goals, and manage stakeholders in a culture that champions personal and professional growth and empowers every team member to make an impact.
What You'll Do
- Own and lead multiple programs across various teams and functions, ensuring execution from initiation to completion.
- Be accountable for the planning, execution, and successful delivery of programs, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and quality standards.
- Proactively identify and manage dependencies, risks, and issues to ensure seamless program execution.
- Effectively manage expectations for all stakeholders, from leadership to individual teams.
- Communicate with both technical and non-technical audiences, translating complex information into understandable content.
- Collaborate with leadership and operational teams to align program goals with organizational strategy and adjust priorities as needed.
- Participate in strategic planning sessions to ensure programs support long-term objectives.
- Establish and refine program management frameworks and processes, including how deliverables are managed and tracked.
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives and monitor program performance using data to inform decisions.
- Provide coaching and mentorship to less senior team members.
What We're Looking For
- At least five years of experience in program or project management, preferably in a software development setting within a tech company.
- Proven ability to lead complex, multifaceted projects involving cross-functional teams.
- Significant experience managing complex technical projects and a strong background in software delivery.
- Experience with the design, architecture or hands-on management of a software project.
- Excellent networker, able to collaborate with geographically distributed teams across the organization.
- Ability to manage a wide range of stakeholders and leverage their expertise.
- Excellent communication, leadership and negotiation skills.
- Ability to explain complex ideas simply and tailor them to different audiences.
- Driven by a clear focus on value and impact.
