Wix is hiring a Technical Product Support Specialist for its Base44 product. In this key front-line role, you will provide technical support and troubleshooting for Base44 users within a fast-paced, innovative, and collaborative startup environment. You will be part of a mission to change how software gets built, with a focus on user-driven growth.

What You'll Do

Provide Base44 users with complex technical solutions, including remote access to systems, analyzing diagnostics, and troubleshooting network or database issues.
Implement fixes, workarounds, or configuration changes to restore functionality.
Properly identify, document, and escalate bugs for quick resolution.
Recognize trends in user experiences and advocate for fast solutions.
Interact closely with the product team to understand features, functionality, and potential pain points.
Document and clearly communicate technical issues to developers with detailed steps for replication.

What We're Looking For

1+ years of experience in a customer-facing technical role.
Strong technical skills, comfortable navigating unfamiliar tools and technical documents.
Demonstrated ability to take ownership of initiatives and drive them to completion within a fast-paced environment.
Ability to work well in small, collaborative teams and communicate clearly in both verbal and written forms.
Strong growth mindset and a relentless pursuit of success, with a genuine eagerness to learn and develop new skills.
Familiarity with JavaScript and React basics.
Experience troubleshooting API connections, inspecting network requests, and identifying errors in the console.

Nice to Have

Proven experience with vibe coding tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related technical field.
