Clearer.io is hiring a Technical Product Specialist to provide dedicated technical support for our customers. This remote role is focused on ensuring a high-quality user experience during overnight hours in the Vietnam timezone.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct technical customer support and product troubleshooting.
- Diagnose and resolve user-reported issues, escalating when necessary.
- Communicate clearly with customers across different time zones.
- Maintain detailed documentation of support interactions and solutions.
- Collaborate with the product team to relay user feedback and common challenges.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in a technical support or product specialist role.
- Strong ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users.
- Excellent problem-solving skills and a methodical approach to troubleshooting.
- Ability to work independently in a fully remote environment.
- Willingness and ability to work the night shift from 11PM to 7AM Vietnam time.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position based in Ho Chi Minh, Vietnam. The core working hours are from 11PM to 7AM Vietnam time.
