Requirements
- 4+ years of product ownership (or a similar product role) in a software development environment. You've shipped features, managed trade-offs, and worked closely with engineering teams.
- A technical foundation. Whether through a degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field — or through hands-on experience — you understand how software systems work and can hold your own in technical discussions.
- Strong analytical skills. You make decisions with data: feature feasibility, prioritization, success measurement. You validate assumptions before committing your team's time.
- Excellent prioritization instincts. You know how to sequence work across new features, tech debt, and bugs in a way that maximizes customer value.
