GETHR is looking for a Technical Product Owner (m/w/d) to shape our modern IT landscape and lead a DevOps team. This permanent position offers significant creative freedom and a genuine remote culture.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary point of contact for IT and digitalization projects.
- Manage technical and functional requirements.
- Further develop modern IT architectures and services.
- Lead a DevOps team and coordinate external service providers.
- Take strategic responsibility for multiple IT services.
What We're Looking For
- A university degree in a STEM field (e.g., Computer Science).
- At least 2 years of experience leading agile IT projects.
- Solid knowledge of Java (e.g., software development, interfaces).
- Expertise in webservices, cloud, ECM, DMS, and Master Data Management.
- Excellent German language skills (C1 level).
Nice to Have
- Certifications in agile project management.
- Residence in the Augsburg or Bavaria area (not mandatory but practical).

- 100% remote with only 2-3 on-site meetings per month in Augsburg.
