Pfizer is looking for a Product Owner to take hands-on ownership of projects for our sports dietary supplement brands. You will define the project vision and drive initiatives from concept to launch, working to improve lives worldwide through health and wellness.
What You'll Do
- Take ownership of projects from start to finish, working hands-on with a small, cross-functional team to unlock key milestones.
- Set the project vision, prioritize tasks, and ensure timely delivery while aligning with business goals.
- Plan, execute, and launch project initiatives.
- Measure and report the performance of all project initiatives.
- Conduct competitor analysis to understand the competitive landscape better.
- Continuously gather feedback, adjust strategies, and refine the project based on real-time insights.
- Take ownership of upcoming initiatives and drive them forward with the same level of focus.
What We're Looking For
- Higher education.
- 2+ years of experience as a product owner or in a similar role.
- Experience in the dietary sport supplements or health-focused wellness industry.
- Proven experience taking ownership and leadership of complex projects and consistently driving them to successful completion.
- Experience with project management tools like ClickUp, Basecamp, ZOHO, Monday, or JIRA.
- Strong organizational and analytical skills, with extensive experience using data to inform decision-making.
- Interest in health and wellness, aligning with the company’s focus on supplements.
- Fluency in English.
