At Bitkernel Technology Inc, we are looking for a Senior Technical Product Manager to own the strategy, execution, and evolution of complex, technical products. You will operate at the intersection of engineering, business, and user needs, translating ambiguous challenges into clear product direction that balances customer value with long-term scalability.

What You'll Do

Collaborate with stakeholders to craft a product vision that aligns with overarching business objectives.
Translate business requirements into clear product specifications.
Solve customer pain points with innovative, practical solutions.
Act as a crucial link between engineering teams and other departments, ensuring engineering efforts meet requirements.
Develop and maintain product roadmaps by prioritizing features based on technical feasibility and market demand.
Manage the entire product lifecycle from concept to launch and iteration.
Ensure timely delivery aligned with business goals and customer needs.
Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and alignment.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, marketing, and customer success, to drive product success.

What We're Looking For

Technical Proficiency: A robust understanding of software development processes, programming languages, and technical architecture.
Delegation Skills: Ability to effectively assign tasks and responsibilities within cross-functional teams.
8+ years of experience in software development, technical product management, or a combination of both.
Strong technical background with hands-on experience in backend system design and scalable cloud architectures.
Proficiency in creating detailed technical documentation and diagrams (e.g., UML).
Knowledge of development practices, including waterfall & agile methodologies.
Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Exceptional analytical and problem-solving skills, with a data-driven mindset.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
Highly self-motivated and capable of working in a global, multicultural environment.

Nice to Have

Video Streaming: Experience with live or VOD video streaming platforms.
Multimedia: Familiarity with multimedia codecs (AVC, HEVC, VP9) and DRM systems (PlayReady, Widevine).
Technology: Knowledge of Kotlin, C++, and blockchain/Web3 technologies.
Top-Tier Education: A Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field from a 4-yr accredited institution globally ranked in the top 500 universities.
