Smile Digital Health is hiring a Technical Product Manager to shape the strategy and development of our payer-facing solutions, with a focus on software compliance and automation initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Define the product vision and roadmap for payer solutions, compliance features, and automation tools.
- Translate complex payer and regulatory requirements into clear, actionable product specifications.
- Lead discovery and validation efforts with stakeholders to prioritize the technical backlog.
- Collaborate with engineering and design teams to deliver high-impact, compliant software products.
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience as a Product Manager or Technical Product Manager within the healthcare payer or health-tech space.
- Strong understanding of software compliance standards and experience managing products with regulatory requirements.
- Demonstrated ability to work with technical teams on complex, data-intensive, or automated software solutions.
- Excellent analytical and communication skills, with the ability to bridge business goals and technical execution.
Work Mode
This is a fully remote position open to candidates located anywhere within the United States.
