G2i is looking for a Technical Product Manager to lead product direction for our Agentic AI Platform. You will connect customer needs to product development, working closely with engineering and design to deliver a platform that spans web applications, terminal clients, server agents, and AI-powered workflows.
What You'll Do
- Talk directly to customers and translate insights into product requirements and roadmap priorities.
- Define and own features across the platform — from web dashboards to terminal interfaces to AI-driven automation.
- Write clear specifications, user stories, and acceptance criteria for engineering.
- Work closely with engineering and design to ensure solutions are usable, reliable, and scalable.
- Balance speed-to-market with enterprise-grade requirements for security, reliability, and compliance.
- Help shape product strategy in partnership with leadership, bringing a user-centric lens to technical decisions.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience in product management or technical program management.
- Strong technical background; able to engage deeply with engineers on APIs, data flows, and system design.
- Proven ability to run customer discovery — talking to users, surfacing pain points, and translating them into actionable priorities.
- Experience with developer tools, enterprise SaaS, or infrastructure products.
- Comfort working in ambiguous, fast-paced, zero-to-one environments.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI/LLM-powered products or agentic workflows.
- Familiarity with observability, IT automation, or enterprise IT systems.
- Hands-on coding or scripting experience in Go, Bash, PowerShell, or similar languages.
