Management Controls Inc seeks a Technical Product Manager – Integrations to own and grow integrations capabilities across customer ecosystems and strategic partners. This role requires a strong technical foundation and the ability to bridge business needs with engineering execution across APIs, data flows, ERP connectivity, and modern integration platforms.
What You'll Do
- Define and own the integrations product vision and roadmap aligned with company and customer goals.
- Identify and prioritize new integration opportunities based on customer needs, partner strategy, and business impact.
- Evaluate third-party platforms, APIs, and technologies to expand ecosystem capabilities.
- Lead technical discovery and solution design sessions with developers, architects, and QA to ensure feasibility, scalability, security, and performance.
- Partner with stakeholders to understand end-to-end integration requirements.
- Translate integration concepts into clear product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
- Own the integrations backlog and prioritize work based on value, complexity, and dependencies.
- Participate in sprint planning, backlog grooming, demos, and release activities.
- Work closely with engineering, QA, support, professional services, sales, and customer success teams.
- Serve as the primary product contact for integration partners and technical stakeholders.
- Support pre-sales and implementation efforts by providing integration guidance and product expertise.
- Define and drive integration quality standards: reliability, performance, security, compatibility, and versioning.
- Manage the full integration lifecycle, including enhancements, deprecations, and documentation.
- Partner with engineering to ensure integrations are observable, supportable, and resilient.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in Product Management, Technical Product Management, or a similar role.
- Strong ERP integration experience.
- Experience with modern integration platforms / iPaaS solutions.
- Demonstrated experience delivering system integrations, APIs, or SaaS platform products.
- Strong understanding of REST APIs, web services, data flows, and integration patterns.
- Familiarity with authentication methods such as OAuth, API keys, and SSO.
- Experience working with external partners or ISVs.
- Background in implementation, professional services, or solution architecture.
- Experience working in Agile / Scrum environments.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- SAP integration experience is highly preferred.
