Concentrix is hiring a Technical Product Customer Service Representative to work remotely. You will deliver expert customer experiences by resolving technical inquiries related to client products and services.
What You'll Do
- Work from home and engage with customers through inbound and outbound calls and/or online channels.
- Deliver exceptional customer service and technical support by resolving routine inquiries and issues.
- Manage the Tech Pod Task Queue in Compass, supporting other agents with complex customer questions.
- Occasionally travel to the client’s site with prior communication.
- Perform daily Customer Care Case review to identify and research trending issues for escalation.
- Input issues into the Customer Care Issue Tracker and maintain it.
- Create and prepare materials for Technical Issue Alignment Calls and presentations to the Control Tower.
- Handle Multiple Model Lines of Field Early Warranty (FEW) calls.
What We're Looking For
- High School diploma or GED equivalent.
- Must be located near Auburn Hills, Michigan, USA.
- Understanding of automotive functionality and repair knowledge.
- Understanding of Radios, Instrument Panel Clusters, and their functional integration with the vehicle.
- Understanding of Automotive Electrical Systems.
- Understanding of different Electric & Hybrid Vehicles.
- Strong communication, listening, and reasoning skills; works well in a team.
- Ability to create and maintain Excel files and reports and present to individuals and teams.
- Ability to create and maintain PowerPoint decks and present to individuals and teams.
- Ability to interact with and present to co-workers and multiple levels of management.
