Responsibilities
- Oversee daily operations of the company's demand-side platform, ensuring system reliability, optimal performance, and strategic alignment.
- Lead investigation and resolution of critical technical incidents using systematic analysis to identify root causes and implement lasting fixes.
- Act as the main technical contact between internal teams and external partners, promoting clear communication and coordinated execution.
- Use in-depth data analysis to detect patterns, drive performance improvements, and suggest platform or delivery enhancements.
- Collaborate with product teams to shape roadmap priorities by identifying missing capabilities, proposing new features, and assisting with release validation.
- Develop and deliver comprehensive training programs, onboarding resources, and operational workflows to expand support capacity.
- Create and maintain detailed technical documentation, troubleshooting procedures, and performance monitoring tools for leadership review.
- Find and execute opportunities to increase efficiency through automation, scripting, or process reengineering in partnership with engineering teams.
- Translate complex technical findings and strategic suggestions into clear, actionable insights for executives, clients, and multidisciplinary groups.
- Mentor junior staff by sharing expertise, managing escalation processes, and promoting a culture of operational excellence.
