Vida Health is hiring a Technical Operations Associate to ensure the reliability and performance of the technical systems supporting our digital health platform. You will play a key role in maintaining operational health and supporting internal and external users.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and troubleshoot technical system performance and outages
- Manage and respond to technical support tickets and incidents
- Assist with the deployment and configuration of infrastructure and software
- Document operational procedures and system configurations
- Collaborate with engineering teams to improve system stability
