SONDA is looking for a Technical Leader to be responsible for the end-to-end solution and product quality. You will join a team passionate about innovation and transforming businesses through technology, focusing on personal and professional development.
What You'll Do
- Be the technical owner of the end-to-end solution and product quality.
- Make architectural decisions for front/back, code standards, performance, and security.
- Manage CI/CD in GitHub, conduct code reviews, and guide testing.
- Coordinate with Integration and Infrastructure Architects.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Electronic Engineering, Systems, Telecommunications, or related fields.
- 6 years of overall experience with 3 years as a Tech Lead.
Nice to Have
- Knowledge and skills in React, Node.js, API design, and architectural patterns (microservices/modular monolith).
- Experience with testing (Jest/Cypress), linting, observability (Dynatrace), and threat modeling (OWASP).
