3Pillar is seeking a Technical Lead to play a key role in our product development teams. This position focuses on leading technical design and implementation using Java and Angular. You will provide technical direction, mentor developers, and ensure the delivery of high-quality software products.

What You'll Do

Lead the technical design, development, and delivery of product features using Java and Angular
Mentor and guide developers within the team on best practices and technical standards
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate product requirements into technical solutions
Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the applications
Drive technical decisions and advocate for architectural improvements
