Responsibilities
- Guide the long-term technical vision and system architecture to ensure reliable, scalable services that enhance patient-facing experiences
- Collaborate with product, design, data, engineering, and infrastructure leaders to shape strategy, define roadmaps, and support end-to-end feature development including design, planning, testing, and deployment
- Actively contribute code and technical expertise to application development efforts
- Manage and mentor a flexible engineering team focused on delivering both immediate and strategic business outcomes
- Support engineers at all career stages in achieving professional growth and advancing toward their career objectives
- Advance engineering standards, code quality, and mentorship practices in partnership with senior engineering leadership
