About the Role

Lead the full lifecycle of technical implementation for enterprise-level health plan and health system partners, from initial discovery through successful launch and handoff to ongoing operations. Serve as the central point of coordination across internal teams, ensuring alignment, clarity, and executional precision throughout the onboarding process.

What You'll Do

  • Collaborate with Product and Engineering to assess custom requests and determine feasible, scalable solutions
  • Own launch readiness, including risk assessment, dependency tracking, and go/no-go decision support
  • Drive integration setup and configuration, ensuring technical alignment with both partner and platform standards
  • Resolve technical obstacles related to data flow, system configuration, and workflow design during onboarding
  • Support post-launch stabilization and ensure smooth transition to long-term customer management
  • Identify recurring implementation challenges and advocate for product or process improvements
  • Refine and scale the enterprise implementation framework across geographies and partner types
  • Establish clear milestones and handoff points from sales to customer success
  • Maintain adherence to contractual service levels and implementation timelines
  • Provide executive-level updates on project status, risks, and critical tradeoffs
  • Guide decision-making in complex or ambiguous technical scenarios
  • Support strategic initiatives to enhance scalability and partner experience

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in technical implementation, customer success operations, or technical program management
  • Proven track record leading cross-functional projects with diverse stakeholders under tight timelines
  • Experience conducting technical discovery with enterprise clients and translating business needs into technical plans
  • Collaborated closely with Product and Engineering teams to deliver robust, scalable solutions
  • Direct experience managing onboarding and launch processes for strategic enterprise customers
  • Ability to thrive in fast-moving, high-growth environments with evolving priorities and uncertainty

Preferred Qualifications

  • Background in healthcare, health technology, or working directly with health plans or health systems
  • Familiarity with healthcare operations, data exchange standards, or regulated environments
  • Experience building or scaling implementation methodologies across multiple enterprise clients
  • Strong ability to manage relationships with senior internal and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated success balancing customer-specific needs with operational efficiency
  • Work experience at a high-growth or pre-IPO technology company (Series B–D or equivalent)
