LearnWorlds is hiring a Technical Customer Support Agent (Remote, Greece & Cyprus - Evening Shift)

About the Role

LearnWorlds is seeking an entry-level Technical Customer Support Agent for a remote position in Greece & Cyprus on the evening shift. This role is part detective, part teacher, and part product guru, focused on providing product intelligence and building customer trust. You will diagnose and solve customer issues across multiple channels to help users build online training academies and publish courses.

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert on the LearnWorlds platform — understand its logic, its workflows, and how to adapt it to work for many different types of users
  • Provide friendly, thoughtful, and highly effective support across email, chat, phone, and live webinar Q&As
  • Diagnose problems through structured thinking and product knowledge, developing autonomy to only escalate when needed
  • Translate complex platform behaviors into plain language that customers understand — even if they’re not tech-savvy
  • Collaborate with teammates to share insights, solve problems, and flag issues
  • Work closely with our QA, Sales, Product Management, CSM, Training, and Software Development teams
  • Occasionally lead 1:1 support demos to guide users through specific setups or workflows
  • Check support-related Slack channels and CRM at the start of the day
  • Handle open discussions/cases assigned to you
  • Investigate and solve cases, asking the team for advice when needed
  • Update support resources/articles as the product evolves
  • Send first answers to acknowledge questions promptly
  • Help clients understand how the product works
  • Escalate technical issues to 2nd layer support team
  • Report bugs to the Software Engineering team
  • Answer questions during live webinars (Worlds of Learning webinars)
  • Take notes on feedback and feature requests from webinars and pass to Product Management team
  • Share sales leads with the Sales Development team

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position for candidates based in Greece or Cyprus. It requires working the evening shift from 5pm to 1am.
