LearnWorlds is hiring a Technical Customer Support Agent (Remote, Greece & Cyprus - Evening Shift)

About the Role

LearnWorlds is looking for a Technical Customer Support Agent to join our team. This entry-level role involves providing friendly and effective support via email, chat, phone, and live webinars to help our customers create and publish online training academies. You’ll be part of an entrepreneurial and international team at one of the top platforms for e-learning courses.

What You'll Do

  • Become an expert on the LearnWorlds platform, understanding its logic and workflows.
  • Provide thoughtful and highly effective support across email, chat, phone, and live webinar Q&As.
  • Diagnose problems through structured thinking and product knowledge.
  • Translate complex platform behaviors into plain language for customers.
  • Collaborate with teammates to share insights, solve problems, and flag issues.
  • Work closely with QA, Sales, Product Management, CSM, Training, and Software Development teams.
  • Occasionally lead 1:1 support demos to guide users through specific setups.
  • Participate in live webinars, answer Q&A, take notes on feedback, and pass leads to sales.

What We're Looking For

  • Fluent English speaker with excellent verbal comprehension and written clarity.
  • A curious, analytical mindset energized by live problem-solving.
  • Ability to take a technical concept and explain it simply.
  • Remain calm under pressure and troubleshoot in real-time during a webinar or call.
  • Highly coachable—actively seeks feedback and uses it to improve quickly.
  • Quick learner with strong memory and retention of complex workflows.
  • Strong time management skills that respect shifts, deadlines, and the customer’s time.
  • Ready to dive into LearnWorlds' features, customers, and community.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SaaS tools, support platforms, or LMS products.

Team & Environment

You will be part of the Customer Support team, collaborating closely with QA, Sales, Product Management, CSM, Training, and Software Development teams. Our culture encourages feedback, fast learning, and experimentation within a flat hierarchy.

Work Mode

This is a fully remote position operating on an evening shift and is open to candidates based in Greece and Cyprus.
