DID Global is hiring a Technical Copywriter to write and structure technical content for our products and services. You will create user guides, website content, and marketing materials, focusing on making complex information clear and user-friendly. You'll join an international team of over 100 specialists.

What You'll Do

Write texts for company websites, including product descriptions, service pages, and informational materials.
Prepare user guides and instructions for software products.
Structure technical information into clear and user-friendly materials.
Assist designers with texts for interfaces, presentations, and marketing materials.
Edit and improve existing documentation.
Interact with technical and product teams to gather information about product functionality.

What We're Looking For

Copywriting, technical documentation, or related experience of 2+ years.
Ability to write grammatically correct and structured texts in any text editor.
Understanding of basic principles for creating user guides and instructions.
Ability to work with information and transform complex technical things into clear text.
Communication skills and openness to feedback.
Responsibility and ability to complete tasks within set deadlines.
Proactivity and desire to improve documentation processes.

Nice to Have

Experience working in IT or telecom.
Experience writing technical documentation for software products.
