univativ GmbH is hiring a Technical Consultant ITSM (m/w/d) to lead small and large-scale client projects. In this role, you will be responsible for providing expert consultation, capturing client needs, and designing technical solutions within the IT Service Management domain.
What You'll Do
- Advise and consult with customers
- Gather and analyze customer requirements
- Develop requirements and technical solutions in collaboration with clients
- Design and shape ITSM processes
What We're Looking For
- A completed university degree or comparable vocational training in Computer Science, Information Technology, or Business Informatics
- Practical experience in customer consulting and project management
- Strong communication skills to clearly present and explain technical concepts
- Hands-on experience with Powershell command line, REST APIs, and Git
- Fluent, negotiation-level proficiency in both German and English
