Join bachert&partner as an IT Administrator (m/w/d) and play a central role in building and maintaining the IT infrastructure for our innovative cybersecurity solutions. You will serve as a key interface with our development team, ensuring our systems are secure, performant, and reliable as we grow.
What You'll Do
- Manage and maintain Linux, Mac, and Windows servers and clients across on-premises and cloud environments.
- Administer AWS instances and Office 365.
- Independently manage and optimize Docker container infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
- Provide internal IT support and expand our internal network infrastructure.
- Assist with database administration, such as MongoDB.
- Work closely with the development team to optimize and scale infrastructure.
- Support the implementation of new IT solutions and automate recurring processes.
- Ensure system availability, performance, and security through proactive monitoring and maintenance.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of professional experience as an IT Administrator or in a similar role.
- Good knowledge of Linux server administration.
- Experience with cloud infrastructures like AWS, Hetzner, or similar.
- Hands-on experience administering Office 365.
- Good knowledge of Docker and container management.
- Very good German and English language skills, both spoken and written.
- Technical training or equivalent professional experience.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Mac and Windows servers.
- Knowledge of network administration and IT security.
- First experience in a tech startup environment.

- Annual gross salary starting from €50,000 for a full-time position, based on qualifications.
- Up to 60% remote work possible, with expectation to be in the Jena office at least 2 days per week.
