Join bachert&partner as a 2nd Level Support Linux (m/w/d) to provide expert technical customer and partner support while maintaining the infrastructure behind our platform. You will optimize systems at a deep technical level for companies across the DACH region.
What You'll Do
- Provide technical consultation to customers and partners.
- Answer technical questions and concerns via phone, email, and chat.
- Support and manage the entire platform infrastructure.
- Analyze errors and optimize the platform at a deep technical level.
- Adapt and maintain the containerization environment, specifically Docker.
- Support the creation and optimization of SIEM integrations.
- Provide workarounds and solutions for short-term requirements.
- Collaborate with the Pre Sales team to improve customer experience.
What We're Looking For
- An IT education or degree.
- Experience with Linux system administration and security.
- Knowledge of networks, VPNs, firewalls, and TCP/IP.
- Ability to analyze and resolve security incidents.
- Experience with SIEM tools and incident response.
- Basic knowledge of AWS, Azure, or cloud security concepts.
- Experience with containerization and Docker.
- A confident and professional demeanor in customer contact.
- Fluent German language skills.
Nice to Have
- Certificates such as CISSP, CEH, Security+ or similar.
- English language skills.

- Compensation from €50,000 gross per year, depending on qualification.
